(155) Charges in the Law of the s.d Thomas Buckner his heirs or assignes make Do Perform acknowledge Levey Execute & suffer or cause & Procure To be made Done or Performed acknowledged Levy'd Executed and Suffered all & every such further & other Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things Device & Devices Conveyance & Assureance in the Law whatsoever for the further better & more Perfect assureing suremaking & Conveying of all & singular the before Hereby Granted Released & Conveyed Psses with thir & Every of Their appurtenances unto the s.d Tho.s Buckner his heirs & assignes as by him the s.d Thomas Buckner his heirs or assignes shall be Reasonably required In Witness whereof the parties to them Psents have interchangably set their hands & seals the Day & Year firs above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered In Psence of us John Buckner Seale Thomas Cattett Arch.d Mcpherson Rich.d Buckner Jun.r his On the back of the foregoing Deed is Francis E Fletcher Thus Indorst viz.t mark Be it Remembered that on the 16.th Day of May Anno Domini 1733 Came before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland in Court Judicially Sitting a Certain W.m Ghiselin who by Virtue of a Power of Att.ry from the within Named John Buckner to him the s.d William Ghiselin for that end Directed acknowledged the within Deed & the Lands & Premisses therein mentioned to be the right & estate of the within ^Named^ Thomas Buckner his heirs & assignes for ever according to the true Intent & meaning of the said Deed and The Act of Assembly of this Province on such Cases made & (Provided) |
