       The said John Buckner his Heirs or Assigns of in and to the
       same and all Deed writings and Patents whatsoever
       Touching or Concerning the said Premisses or any part thereof
       To have & to hold the s.d Several Tracts or Parcells of Land &
       Premisses Deeds writings & Patents hereby Granted Released
       & Conveyed or ment mentioned or Intended to be herby Granted
       Released & Conveyed & Every part & Parcell thereof with the
       Appurtenances & the rents Reversions Remainders & Services
       thereof unto the s.d Thomas Buckner his heirs & assignes
       for ever to the sole & Proper use & behoof of the s.d Thomas
       Buckner his heirs & assignes for ever And the s.d John
       Buckner for himself his heirs & assignes the s.d several Tracts
       or Parcells of Land & Premisses herby Granted Released
       & Conveyed & every part & Parcell thereof within the appurtenances
       unto the s.d Tho.s Buckner his heirs & assignes for
       ever against him the s.d John Buckner his heirs & assignes
       & all & every other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming
       or to Claim any Right or Title into or out of the Premisses
       by from or under him the s.d John Buckner shall & will
       Warrant & for ever Defend by these Presents & the s.d
       John Buckner for himself his heir Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth
       Covenant Promise & Grant to & with the s.d Thomas
       Buckner his heirs & assignes that he the s.d John Buckner
       his heirs & assignes & all & every other Person or Persons
       Whatsoever having or Claiming or which at any time or
       Times hereafter shall or may lawfully have or Claim
       any Estate Right Title or Interest into or out of the
       Premisses or any part thereof by from or under the s.d
       John Buckner his heirs or assignes shall & will from
       Time to time & at all Times hereafter at or upon
       the reasonable request & at the Proper Cost and
