       of S.t Mary's County in the Province of Maryland Gent
       For & in Consideration of the Naturall Love & Affection w.ch
       I Do bear unto my dear Daughter Clare Tasker & for
       Divers other Good Causes & Considerations me thereunto
       Especially moving have given Granted Assigned transfered
       & set Our & by these Presents Do give grant assign
       Transfer & Sett our unto my s.d Dear Daughter Clare Tasker
       all that peice or Parcell of Land Called Sewalls Fancy lying
       & being in the Forks of Gunpowder in Baltemore County
       Containing one thusand acres & now in the Tenure or
       Occupation of me the s.d Nicholas Sewall To have &
       to hold the s.d One Thousand acres of Land called Sewalls
       Fancy afores.d with all & every the rights Title Interest
       Property Possession claime & Demand which I the said
       Nicholas Sewall have or do Claime of & in & unto the s.d Tract
       of One thousand acres Called Sewalls Fancy ^afores.d^ unto her my s.d
       Daughter Clare Tasker her heirs & assignes for ever & I
       The s.d Nicholas Sewall do for my self & Heirs Covenant
       Promise grant & agree to & with my s.d Daughter Clare
       Tasker & her Heirs by these Presents that she my said
       Daughter Clare Tasker shall & may from time to time
       & at All Times for ever hereafter Lawfully Peaceably
