Cash p.d
x.d  This Indenture Made this First Day of December in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty two between
       John Buckner of the County of Caroline in Virginia of ^the^ one part
       & Thomas Buckner of the same County & Collony of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the s.d John Buckner for & in Consideration of the
       sum of one hundred & fifty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain
       To him in hand paid by the s.d Thomas Buckner before the Ensealing
       & Delivery of these psents the receipt whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge & thereof & of every part Thereof Doth Acquit and
       Discharge him the s.d Thomas Buckner his heir Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       & every of them by these Presents hath Granted Bargained &
       Sold Alien'd Released Conveyed & Confirmed & by these Psents
       Doth fully and Absolutly Grant Bargain and Sell Alien release
       Convey and Confirm unto the said Thomas Buckner in his
       Actuall possession now being of the severall Tracts or Parcells of
       Land lying in Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland or
       elsewhere within the s.d Province whereof William Buckner brother
       To the s.d John Buckner dyed Possessed either in Factor in Law with
       Date the Day before the Day of the Date of these Presents &
       of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession & to his
       Heirs & assignes for ever & all Ways Woods Waters Profits
       Commodities Emoluments Hereditaments & Appurtenances
       Whatsoever to the s.d hereby Granted Released & Conveyed
       Tracts or Parcells of Land & Premisses belonging or in any
       ways appertaining & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder
       & Remainder & Remainders Rents & Services thereof & of
       every part & Parcell thereof & all the Estate Right Title
       and Interest Property Claim & Demand whatsoever of him
