       Virtue of these Presents & of the statute for transferring Uses
       Into Possession the s.d Thomas Buckner may be in the actual
       Possession of the Premisses & be enabled to accept of a Grant and
       Release of the same to him the s.d Thomas Buckner his heirs &
       assignes for ever In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Psence have interchangably sett heir hands & seals the Day
       & Year first above Written

       Virtue of a Power of Attorny from the within Named John
       Buckner to him the s.d W.m Ghiselin for that End Directed)
       Acknowledged the within Deed & the Lands Pses therein
       mentioned to be the right & estate of the within Named
       Thomas Buckner his heirs & assignes for & Dureing the
       Term within mentioned according to the true intent and
       Meaning of the s.d Deed & the Act of Assembly in such
       Cases made & Provided
                                              Taken & acknowledged the Day &
                                              Year af.d in Court Judicially setting
