x.d  This Indenture Made this thirtieth Day of Nov.r
       In the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty
       Two Between John Buckner of the County of Caroline in
       Virginia of the one part & Thomas Buckner of the same County &
       Collony of the other Part Witnesseth that the s.d John Buckner
       for & in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Current money
       To him in hand paid before the sealing & Delivery hereof the
       Receipt whereof he the said John Buckner Doth hereby acknowledge
       & thereof Doth Acquit & Discharge him the s.d Thomas
       Buckner his Ex.rs & Adm.rs by these Presents hath Granted Bargained
       & Sold & by these Presents Doth Grant bargain & sell unto
       The s.d Thomas Buckner his Ex.rs & Assignes all those Tracts
       or Parcels of Land lying in Baltemore County in the Province
       of Maryland or elsewhere within the s.d Province whereof W.m
       Buckner brother to the s.d John Buckner Dyed possesed either
       in factor in Law & the reversion & Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders of all & every the s.d Tracts or Parcells of Land &
       every part thereof To have & to hold the s.d several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land & Premisses Intended to be hereby
       Granted Bargained & Sold with their & every of their Appurtenances
       unto the s.d Thomas Buckner his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes
       from the Day of the Date hereof for & Dureing the full End
       and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be Compleat & Ended to the End that by
