x.d  Know all men by these Presents that I John
       Buckner of the County of Caroline in the Colony of Virginia
       Do hereby ordain Constitute & Appoint M.r William
       Ghiselin of City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland
       My Attorney for me & in my Name & Behalf to acknowledge
       in the Provincial Court of Maryland Deeds of Lease
       and Release beareing Date the thirtyeth Day of November
       & the first Day of December in the Year of our Lord one
       Thousand seven hundred & thirty two & made between
       me the said John Buckner of the one Part & Thomas
       Buckner of the other Part for the Conveying & Transferring
       to the said Tho.s Buckner several Tracts or Parcells of
       Land in the said Deeds mentioned to him the s.d Thomas
       Buckner & I Do hereby Ratify & Confirm what my said
       Attorney shall do in the Premisses In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand & seal this second Day of
       December One thousand seven hundred & thirty two
