       Buckner her heirs & assignes make Doe performe and
       execute all such further & other Act & acts thing & things deed
       & Deeds whatsoever as the Councill of the said Patience Buckner
       Learned in the Law shall or will Reasonably advise or
       devise for the Better and shure making over all and
       singular the Land & premisses afs.d so far forth as a special
       Warrante unto the said Patience Buckner her heirs and
       assignes In Witness whereof the said partie to these
       presents have Interchangeably put his hand and affixed
       his seale the Day and year first above Written
       Signed Sealed & DD
       in the presence of                       Rich.d Colegate   seal
       William Rose      On the Back of the foregoing
       John Colegate     Instrum.t was written as foll.s Viz.t

       Memorandum on the Ninth day of Dec.r 1732 Came the  
       within Richard Colegate party to these p.rsents before us
       two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County & Did
       Acknowledge the Land & premises within Mentioned to
       be the Right & Estate of the within Patience Buckner her
       heirs & assignes for ever according to Act of Assembly As
       Witness our hands the day & year above said
