       truly paid by the said Patience Buckner at and before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof the said Rich.d doe hereby Acknowledge and of
       & from every part & p.rsell thereof Doth hereby for
       ever Discharge the same Patience Buckner her heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath given granted Bargained Sold
       aliened Released Enfeoffed made over and Confirmed
       unto the said Patience Buckner & her heirs all his
       Right title Claime or Interest to his Moiety or the one
       halfe part of the above mentioned tract or parcell
       of Land the whole Containing five hundred Acres with
       all & singular its appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or any wise appertaining thereunto To Have
       and to hold the said Moiety of Land with the
       appurtenances unto the said Patience Buckner her
       heirs & assignes for ever to the only proper use and
       behoofe of the said Patience Buckner her heirs and
       assignes for ever & to none other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever and that he the said Richard & his heirs
       shall & will for ever Warrant & Defend the afs.d
       Moiety of Land And premisses unto the said Patience
       Buckner her heirs & assignes against him the said
       Richard and his heirs & assignes & against any person
       whatsoever that shall Claime any Right or title
       from by or under him the said Richard his heirs
       or assignes & that the said Richard & his heirs shall
       & will at any time hereafter at the Reasonable
       Request & Charges in the Law of the said Patience
