       Case made & provided taken & acknowledged before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall
       Court this thirtieth ^day^ of March 1733

x.d  This Indenture made the eighteenth day of
       October in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven
       hundred & thirty two Between M.r Rich.d Coalgate of
       Balt.r County gen.t of the one part and M.rs Patience
       Buckner of the same County of the other part
       Witnesseth that whereas the Right Honable the
       Lord Baltemore by his grant bearing Date the twentieth
       day of May one thousand seven hund & five as on the
       Record Doth appear Did grant to major Richard Coalgate
       father to the parties to these psents a Certain tract of Land
       Called Friends Discovery lying and being in Bal.t Co.ty
       afs.d Beginning at the head of a glade being the head
       of Binums Branch and also called the head of Binums
       Run at three bounded white oakes standing triangle
       and one bounded hickory all standing by a
       small thickett of allders & runing thence so so
       west eight p.rs then west forty p.rs to a Bounded white
       Oake Saplin standing near a great Bounded Chesnutt
       then west fifty two p.rs to a Bounded Red Oak standing
       on a poynt between two Glades Descending into Winters
       Run then North west forty p.rs then so west two hundred
       & seventy six p.rs then North west One hundred perches
       then North East two hundred & seventy six p.rs
