(124) And Granted and by these Presents Do Give Grant and Confirm unto the said Sarah Willson a Negro Wench called Nan with her Child Named Sam four Cows and Calves a feather Bed with the furniture belonging to it and a young Horse all now in my own Custody and Possession To have and to hold all and singular the said Negro and her Child the feather bed and all other the aforesaid Premisses unto the said Sarah Wilson her Ex.rs Adm.rs and assigns to her and their own proper uses and behoofs for ever freely and Quietly without any Matter of Challenge Claim or demand of me the said William Willson ^or^ of any other person or persons Whatsoever for me in my Name by my cause or Procurement And without any money or other thing to be yielded paid or Done unto me the said William Willson my Executors Adm.rs or Assigns and I the said William Willson all and singular the Goods and Premisses unto the said Sarah Willson her Ex.rs Adm.rs & assigns to the use afsd against all people do Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents and further Know Ye that I the said William Willson have put the said Sarah Willson in Quiet and peaceable possession of all and singular the Aforesaid Premisses by the Delivery unto her at the Ensealing hereof a Coined piece of silver fixed on the Seal fo these presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventh Day of October Anno Dom 1732 thirty two his Signed Sealed and Delivered William Willson In presence of Mark his Thomas T Jeans James Dickson mark Recorded December 10.th 1732 fees posted so far for 1732 x.d This Indenture Made the Twenty Ninth Day of July in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two vide 483 Between John Bradford of Prince Georges County Gent of the afs.d to D.r Carroll one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Bradford for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred fifty one Pound thirteen shillings and four pence Sterling ot him in hand paid by the said Charles Carroll before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part thereof Doth hereby Exonerate Acquit and Discharge the said Charles Carroll his Executors and Administrators hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made Over and by (these) |
