       hundred Thirty Two

          In the psence of                  On the Back of the foregoing Deed
          John Colvill                         is Endorsed as followeth Viz.t
          Darby Lux                   Received the Day of the Date within Written
                                              of the within Named Charles Carroll the sum of
                                              One hundred and thirty pounds being the
                                              Consideration Money within Menconed         130.l

                         These are to ^Authorize &^ Impower you & either of you
       me and in my name to Acknowledge the within written Deed and the
       Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to and for the use of the
       within Named Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns according to the
       Laws of Maryland in any Court or Judicature or before any Competent  
       Judge Justice or Justices by Law Impowered to take such Acknowledgment
       and for your so doing this shall be your or either of your
       sufficient Warrant and Authority Given under my hand and seal this
       Third Day of April Anno Dm 1732

             Then Came before me Robert Gordon one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court Cap.t Darby Lux one of the subscribing Evidences
       to the within Deed and Power and made Oath on the holy Evangelist
       of Almighty God that he saw the said Philip Smith Sign Seal and
       Deliver the said Deed and power of attorney and that he believes John
       Colvill signed as Evidence at the same time Sworn before me the Day
       and Year above Written                              Robert Gordon

       October the 19.th 1732
                  Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court of Maryland M.r W.m Chapman who Acknowledged
       the within Instrument as the Act and Deed of the within Named M.r
