       Mem.d On the Sixteen Day of October Anno Domini 1732 the
       within Named John Campbell Did Acknowledge the within Deed as his
       Act and Deed and Hellin the wife of the said John Campbell out of the
       hearing of her said Husband being privately Examined Declared that
       She Acknowledged the same Deed willingly and freely without being
       Induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage of her said Husband
       According to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided

       to Mathew Tilghman Ward or ^his^ order     Henry Donaldson

       Pay the Contents to Mess.rs John Hyde & Comp.a Merchants in London
       for the use of   M Tilghman Ward

       On the first day of May Anno Dom 1731 at the reqt of Mess.rs Jn.o Hyde
       and Comp.a of London Merchants I John Exton Notary Publick
       Dwelling in London duly admitted & sworn Exhibited the Originall
       bill of Exchange above Copied to M.r W.m Blackone of the psons
       on whom the same is drawn & Demanding Payment of its Contents
       he Answered that he would not pay the said bill for want of Effects
       Whereupon I the s.d Notary at the reqt afd have Protested against
       the drawer of the said bill and all others Concerned for Exchange
       Rechange and all Costs Damages & Interests suffered & to be suffered
       for want of payment of the said Bill of Exchange Thus done & Protested
       in London afd in the presence of Benj.a Wilson & Tho.s Williams
