(119) if the said Hellin Jubb should happen to Survive the said Jn.o Campbell her then Intended Husband that then and in such Case from & Imediately after the Death of the said John Campbell the same Goods and Chattles Mentioned in the Schedule in the said Deed Mentioned and every of them should be accounted the proper Goods & Chattles & Estate of the said Hellin Jubb and should be Received and taken by the said Hellin Jubb her Ex.rs & Adm.rs and should be employed & Disposed to such person or persons and to and for such use and uses Intents and purposes and in such Manner and form as she the said Hellin Jubb at any time thereafter should think good to limit appoint or Order Give Devise or Dispose of the same Goods or Chattles or any part or parts thereof or otherwise and in Case the said Hellin should survive the said John Campbell as afsd and should not make any Disposition of the said Goods and Chattles in her life time that then the same Good & Chattles or so Much thereof as should not be by the Ex.rs of the s.d Hellin Jubb any thing in the said Recited Deed to the Contrary Notwithstanding By which Deed it was Provided that the several Goods and Chattles in the Schedule therein Mentioned should lye at the Risque of the said Hellin Jubb or these that might or should have Right thereto by virtue of the same Deed as by the said Deed Acknowledged and Recorded among the Proceedings of Ann Arundell County Court May appear And Whereas since the Execution of the above recited Deed the said Mariage hath been had and sollemnized and the before Mentioned parties to the Said Deed are all alive Now Know all Men by these presents that Hellin Campbell now the wife of the said John Campbell lately called Hellin Jubb and by and with the Consent of her said Husband John Campbell hereby signified by his signing and Sealing these Presents and by Virtue of The Powers to her Contained & Reserved by the said recited Indented Deed hath Revoked and made Void And doth hereby Revoke and make Void the said Recited Deed and all and singular every Order Disposition Appointment Limitation Gift Devise and Sum and Sums of Money hereby Ordered or to be paid to the said several persons therein Mentioned and sums of Money therein and thereby ordered to be Laid out and every other thing therein Contained as if the said Recited Indented Deed has Never been Made or Executed Excepting Only the aforesaid sum of Fifty Pounds Current Money which by the said Deed is Ordered to be paid unto the aforesaid Marg.t Mortemore In Witness whereof the said John Campbell and Hellin his wife have hereunto set their hands & Seales this fourth Day of September Anno Domini 1732 her John seal Campbell Hellin U seal Campbell mark Memorand.m On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus written Viz.t Sealed & Delivered this 4.th September Anno Dom 1732 In presence of William Cumming Araminta Coursey John Watkins (And further Viz.t Mem.d on the) |
