       Against all manner of persons Claiming or to Claim any Right property or
       Interest therein from or by or under him them or any of them and the same Lands
       and Premisses unto the same Lingan Wilson his heir sand assigns for Ever
       shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents against all
       Manner of Persons whatsoever In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand
       and Seal the Day and year first above Mentioned

x.d      To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall
       come Greeting Whereas by Indenture Tripartite bearing Date the
       8.th Day of December in the Year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred & thirty
       between John Campbell of Ann.ll County Planter of the first part Hellin
       Jubb of the same County Widow of the second part and John Beale of the same
       County Gentl of the third part It was Agreed and Concluded Between the
       said John Campbell & Hellin Jubb that a Marriage should then Shortly be had
       and Solemnized between them By which said Indenture Tripartite it was thereby
       Testifyed Concluded and Declared and Agreed Between the said Parties and
       he the said John Campbell did thereby Testifie and Declare that before the said
       Hellin did Consent to the said Marriage and before any Conclusion thereof was
       made he the said John Campbell did Consent and Agree and it was so Intended
       and Agreed between the said John Campbell and the said Hellin Jubb and the
       said John Campbell did thereby Covenant and Agree to and with the said John
       Beale his heirs Executors and Adm.rs and to and with every of them thereby that
       the several Goods and Chattles in the Schedule thereunto annexed Mentioned
