Vide      x.d  This Indenture Made this 27.th Day of June Anno
Mortg         Dom 1732 Between Joseph Wilson of Prince Georges County in
of this         the Province of Maryland of the one part and Lingan Wilson
Land in       County and Province aforesaid of the other part Whereas the said
Lib Pets       Joseph Wilson by his Deed of Mortgage bearing Date the first Day of
N.o 6 fol 470 January Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and Thirty Duly Executed &
                  Enrolled among the Records of the Provincial Court of Maryland in
                  Consideration of the sum of seventy pounds Current Money of Maryland
                  to the said Joseph Wilson in hand paid by Daniel Carroll of Marlborough
                  in the County and Province afsd Merchant at & before the Ensealing
                  and Delivery of the same and thereby bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm
                  and Make over unto the said Daniel Carroll his heirs & assigns two
                  Tracts of Land lying in the County afsd (that is to say) One Tract of Land
                  called Brooke Hill containing one hundred acres of Land More or less
                  the other called Kingsale Containing Two hundred and fifty acres of Land
                  More or Less Together with all and singular the Priviledges Benefits
                  and appurtenances to the same two Tracts of Land belonging or in any
                  wise appertaining To have and to hold the same two Tracts of
                  Land with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Daniel Carrol
                  his heirs and Assigns for ever Provided Nevertheless that if the said Joseph
                  Wilson his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs should well and truly pay unto the s.d Danl Carroll
                  his Heirs & Assigns the sum of seventy Pounds Current Money with Legall
                  Interest for the same at or upon the first Day of April Anno Dom Seventeen
                  hundred and thirty three that the same Deed of Mortgage and every Clause
                  Article and thing therein Contained should be void and of None effect as in and
                  by the same Deed of Mortgage relation being thereunto had may appear
                  Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Joseph
                  Wilson for in Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Current Money to
                  him in hand paid before the Ensealing thereof as also the sum of Seventy
                  Pounds Current Money to the said Daniel Carroll with the Interest thereof well
                  and truly paid by the said Lingan Wilson he the said Joseph Wilson hath
                  Bargained sold Assigned and set over and by these presents Doth Bargain
                  Sell Assign set Over unto the said two Tracts of Land with their & every
                  of their Appurtenances which in and by the same Deed of Mortgage were
                  Bargained and Sold together with all Writings and evidences touching and
                  concerning the same To have and to hold the same two Tracts of
                  Land with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Daniel Carrol
                  his Heirs & Assigns the Sum of seventy Pounds Current Money with Legall
                  Interest for the same at or upon the first Day of April Anno Dom Seventeen
                  hundred and thirty three that the same Deed of Mortgage and every Clause
                  Article and thing therein Contained should be void and of None effect as in and
                  by the same Deed of Mortgage relation being thereunto had may appear

                  concerning the same To have and to hold the afsd two Tracts of Land
                  and Appurtenances unto the said Lingan Wilson his heirs and Assigns
                  as well against him the said Joseph Wilson his heirs and Assigns as
