       Administrators and Assigns all his the said Zachariah Maccubbin
       Right Title Property Claim and demand whatsoever of in and unto the
       aforesaid Two Tracts or parcels of Land that he the sid Zachariah Maccubbin
       his heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns hath to the afd two Tracts of Land
       by Virtue of the afd Recited Deed To have and to hold
       the afd two Tracts of Land and Premisses unto the said John ^Hammond^ his heirs
       Executors Adm.rs or Assigns to his and their only proper use & behoofe
       and to no other use intent and purpose Whatsoever and the s.d Zach.a
       Maccubbin for himself his heirs Executors Adm.rs Covenant Promise
       Grant and Agree to and with the said John Hammond his heirs Exec.rs
       Adm.rs or assigns that he the said Zach.a Maccubbin his heirs Excutors
       and Adm.rs shall be for ever hereafter Barred and Excluded from any
       Right Title or Interest whatsoever of and tot he afd Two Tracts or
       Parcels of Land and Premisses And the said Zach.a Maccubbin for
       him self his heirs Executors and Adm.rs further Covenant Promise Grant
       and Agree to and with the said John Hammond his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and     
       Assigns that he the said Zach.a Maccubbin his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       will Warrant and Defend the afd two Tracts of Land and Premisses from
       and against all manner of persons whatsoever Claiming by from or
       under the said Zach.a Maccubbin his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns
       or any of them In Witness whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereunto Interchangably set their hands and seals the Day and
       Year first above written
