(11) In Witness Whereof the Said Thomas Linthicum
hath to this present Indenture set his hand and seale the Day and year above Written Signed Sealed and Thomas Linthicum Jun.r seale Delivered in the presence of us Joseph Fish On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture his Was thus Indors.t vizt John X Wilson mark June the 12.th 1731 William Fish Then Received of y.e Within Richard Taylor the sume of Twelve pounds ten shillings Current Money of Maryland same being in full for the Test Consideration money within Mentioned Joseph Fish Thomas Linthicum Jun.r his John X Wilson mark William Fish Maryland fs July the 10.th 1731 Memorandum That on the day and year above written Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships ^Justices^ of the Provinciall Court the within Named Thomas Linthicum and acknowledged the Within written Deed to be his Act and Deed and that the within Granted Lands and Premisses are the Proper right and Estate of the Within Named Richard Taylor his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Written Deed at the same time alsoe came Sarah Wife of the Said Tho.s Linthicum who being secretly examined out of the hearing of her said Husband freely gave up her right of Dower in the Within Granted Lands and Acknowledged the same to be the right & Estate of the said Richard Taylor his heirs & assignes for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Written Deed In Testimoney whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my Name the Day and Year above written Benj.a Tasker 10 sides (Recorded the 4.th day of August 1731) |
