(10) To Thomas Brownes Lyne then with the said Browns Lyne North West Twenty six perches to a Bounded Chesnut of Thomas Browns then with the said Browns Lyne southwest One hundred and Twenty perches then North West Sixty five perches then North Twenty six Degrees easterly till it Intersects the Lyne of the aforesaid Slades Land then with the same South East to the first Tree Containing by Estimation One hundred and six acres of Land by the same more or Less Together with all Trees Woods Underwoods Waters ways Easments profitts Benefitts Commoditys and appurtenances on the same being or to the same or to any part or parcell thereof Belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and To Hold the aforesaid hereby granted parcell of Land with all and every the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Richard Taylor his heirs and assignes for Ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Richard Taylor his heirs and assigns for Ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever free & Clear and freely Clearly and absolutely acquitted exonerated & Discharged of and from all and all manner of Incumberances Whatsoever And the Said Thomas Linthicum doth hereby for himselfe his heirs executors and administrators Covenant Grant and Agree To and with the said Richard Taylor his heirs and assignes that he the said Thomas Linthicum his heirs Executors & adm.rs and every of them shall and will at all times hereafter at the Reasonable request & at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said Richard Taylor his heirs & assignes make doe suffer and acknowledge or Cause to be made done suffered and acknowledged all such other and further Acts Deed things conveyances and assurances in the Law Whatsoever as by the Said Richard Taylor his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required for the further better and more perfect assurance surety and sure Making of all and Singular the hereby Granted Lands and Premisses with their and Every of their appurtenances unto the Said Richard Taylor his heirs and assignes for Ever And alsoe that he the Said Thomas Linthicum his heirs executors & administrators and Every of them the aforesaid hereby Granted parcell of Land Containing One hundred and Six Acres More or Less and all Other the hereby Granted Premisses with their appurtenances unto him the Said Richard Taylor his heirs and assignes for Ever against all and all Manner of Persons Whatsoever Shall & Will Warrant and for Ever hereafter by these presents Defend (In) |
