100 Acres part of the s.d two Thusand acres w.t
its Apurtenances to the said Benj.a his heirs and assignes for ever and the other thusand acres part of the two Thusand acres w.th the other apurtenances to them the said Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll their heirs and assignes for ever will warrant and defend against all persons and Incumberances whatsoever the rents and services hereafter to grow due to the Lord proprieter only excepted and the s.d Charles Sewall doeth herby further Covenant and agree for himself and his heirs to and w.t the said Benjamine Tasker his heirs and Assigns and to and w.th the s.d Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll their heirs and Assignes that he the said Charles or his heirs shall and will att the Reasonable Request and proper Cost and Charge of the said Benj Tasker his heirs and Assignes and of the said Charles Carroll and Daniell Carroll Their heirs and Assignes do execute & perform any further or other Deed or Conveyance Deeds or Conveyances which shall be Devised advised or required by the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Daniel Carroll or their Council Learned in the Law for the better asureances of One Moyety of the s.d two Thusand acres w.t the appurtenances to the said Benjamin his heirs and Assignes for ever and the other Moyety to the s.d Charles Carroll and Daniell Carroll their heirs and Assignes for ever Provided nevertheless that if the sid Charles Sewall shall on or before the seventeenth day of June next Insueing satisfie and pay unto the said Benj Tasker the severall sumes of money Due on the severall bonds remaining in his hands and Entered Into and executed by the said Charles Sewall w.th the la^w^full Interest thereof and shall on or before the same seventeenth day of June satisfie and and pay Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll the said two hundred and thirty two pounds six shillings and two pence sterling w.th the lawfull Interest thereof att the public Court house in Annapolis then these presents to be absolutely void and of none Effect and the s.d Charles Sewall and his heirs shall be seised of the premisses any thing herein Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding And the said Charles Sewall doeth by these present bind bind himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs to pay the respective sumes afore said to the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll and Daniel their Respective Executors Adm.rs or Assigns In testimony whereof the said Charles Sewall to these presents hath sett his hand and seall the day and year first above written Charles Sewall seal On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t June 17 1732 Received the within sume of two hundred and thirty two pounds six shill and two pence sterling from Mes.rs Charles and Daniel Carroll being the Consid.n within mentioned to be paid by them £ 232=6=2 Charles Sewall Witness Sealed & Delivered Robert Gordon Rob.t Gordon D Dulany D Dulany |
