9)    bound white Oake standing In the fork of a branch
       of Patuxant River Then south East four hundred and
       six pearches then by a streight line to the first bounded
       poplar containing and laid out for three hundred and
       fifty seven Acres and Whereas the said David Maclefresh
       by his Last Will and Testament bearing Date the fifteenth day of may one Thousand
       seven hundred and him Duly Executed & Proved amoungst other Things therein Contained
       Divised unto his daughter Jane (being the Party to there psents) and her
       for Even one hundred & Three Acres and a 1/2 of Land out of the Af.d
       Tract Called Cross forrest and short by Af.d Dyed, Now they the said John
       Burgess and Jane his wife for and in Consideration of the
       sume of twenty five pounds Curr.tt money by him the said
       Samuell Peele to them in hand paid of w.ch the said Jn.o &
       Jane his wife party to these psents do fully discharge and
       acquit the said Samuell have therefore givin granted bargan
       Bargained sold aliened effeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presente do give grant bargain sell aliene enfeoffee and
       Confirme to the s.d Samuell Peele his heirs and assigns for
       ever the af.d one hundred and three acres and a half
       of Land out of the af.d Tract Called Cross ss Forrest
       To have and to Hold the s.d one hundred and
       Three Acres and a half of Land and premisses with all and
       every of its appurtenances unto him the said Sam.ll Peele
       his heirs and assignes for ever to the Only proper use and
       behoof of him the s.d Samuell Peele his heirs and assigns
       for ^ever and to^ no other use intent or purpose Whatsoever and the
       said Jn.o Burgess and Jane his wife do hereby for them
       selves their Executors & Adm.rs and every of them
       Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the s.d Samuell
       Peele his heires and Assignes that the the s.d Jn.o
       Burgess and Jane his wife and their heirs Executors
