and Administrator the said one hundred Acres and a half of
Land and Premises Devised as af.d with all and every its
appurtenances freely and Clearly accquitted and Discharged
of and from all former and other Gifts grants bargains sales
Joyntures Dowers titles of Dower statutes Recognizances
Judgments Executions extents wills entailes and of and from
all other Incumbrances whatsoever (the rents from henceforth
to becom Due to the Lord of the fee onely Excepted) unto the
said Samuell Peele his heires and assignes for ever from
from and against them the s.d John Burgess Jane his
wife their heirs and assignes and from and against all
other persons whatsoever will well and truly warrant
and for ever hereafter depend and that they the s.d
John Burgess and Jane his wife shall and will at any time
or times hereafter within the space of seven years upon
the reasonable request and at the proper Costs and Charges
of him the s.d Samuell Peele his heirs and assigns make
do Accknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause or procure
to be maid don acknowledge suffered and Execute all and
Every such further ^and other^ Acts and Assurance in the Law for the
further better and more perfect Conveying and assuring of
the af.d one hundred and thre acers and a half of Land and
premisses Devised as af.d w.tt the Appurtenances unto him
the s.d Samuell Peele his heires and assigns according to the
true intent and meaning of the parts to these presence as by
the said Samuell Peele his heires and assignes or his Council
Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised or
required In Wittness whereof the partys to these premisses
have Interchangably set their hands and affixed their
seale hereunto the Day and year above written
