(84)      said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assignes for ever
             against all p.rsons & Incumbrances whatsoever and that
             the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns from time to
             time and at all times hereafter shall and may have
             hold and peaceably Possess and Enjoy all and singular
             the surplus af.d with its appurtences without the lett molestation
             or Disturbance of the said Alexander and Christian his wife or
             their Heirs or any other person or whatsoever claiming from by
             or under them by any way or means or upon any colour or pretences
             whatsoever provided always and it is the true intent and meaning
             of these psents that if the said Alexander or Christian his
             wife or their heirs shall well and truley satisfie and pay unto
             the said Samuel Chew his Exec.rs Adm.rs or Assignes as well
             the sum of Thirty Three pounds 3.s 1.d sterling twenty six p.d 16 10
             curecy being the consideration of the said rented Deed with the
             lawfull interest thereof to be computed from the Fifteenth day
             of Aprill seventeen hundred & twenty four And the s.d sums
             of eighty four pounds eighteen shillings & seven pence sterl &
             fifty two pounds ten shillings and nine pence currency with
             the lawfull interest to be computed from the day of the date hereof
             and so much and such sums as shall be paid by the s.d Samuel
             to the Lord proprietary And the said Benjamine Brasheers for
             the said surplus and the incident charges for abating a Grant
             thereof with lawfull interest from the time of the respective
             payment to be made by the said Samuel Chew at or upon the
             first day of December which shall be in the year of our Lord one
             thousand seven hundred and twenty five then these prsents and
             every article clause and covenant therein mentioned to be the
             arly and absolutely void and the said Land and prmisses with
             the appurtenances and every part thereof shall be and
             remain to the said Alexander and Christian as of their
