             Whereas Richard Smithers and Mary his wife lately called Mary
             Carvill have by their deed of sale within written assigned sold and
             tra^n^sferrd for the consideration therein mentioned the severall goods &
             chattles therin sett forth unto me the within named Martha Paca
             without declaring the uses thereof I do hereby declare the true intent
             of the within deed to be for the payment of all Debts and Legacies and
             other Demands justly due from John Carvill Estate and that the goods &
             chattles therein mentioned are assigned to those uses and no other In
             Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the 17.th day
             of June 1725                                                         her
