(62)  Ex.d This Indenture made the sixteenth day of Aprill in the year
             of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty five
             Between Vot Browne of Baltemore County in the Province of
             Maryland Planter of the one part and Amos Garrett of the City
             of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Merch.t of the other
             Wittnesseth that Whereas Thomas Brown by his last will and Testament
             bearing date the Twenty second day of March one thousand seven
             hundred and fift^een^ amongst bequests to his other sons did give and
             bequeath unto the af.d Vot Brown his forth surving son his Potuxent
             Plantation and all the Land adjoyning to itt that he held excepting
             one hundred acres of Land which will is Lodged in the Prerogative
             Court and proved and by a certain Deed of Indenture made the 17.th
             day of Feb.ry 1713 Between Thomas Brown Father of the said Vot of
             Ann Arundell County Planter of the one ^part^ and the af.d Amos Garrat
             remaining on record in the Provincial Land records Liber FPN folio
             205 for the Considerations therein mentioned Did give grant bargain
             sell aline enfeof and confirm unto the said Amos his heires and assigns
             the af.d Potuxent Plantation and all the Land adjoyning to & with
             other Tracts Lying in Baltemore County and in this County as therein
             specified under certain condition Proviso and Engagm.ts w.ch
             were unsatisfied in the whole or part by Tho.s Brown or by the
             heir at Law Tho.s Brown who by a Deed of Indenture made
             the 4 October 1715 acknowledged and recordd in the Provincial
             Land records of Maryland Liber TP folio 339 for the Consideration
             therein mentioned did thereby alienate assign sell and make
             over to his father ^next^ Brother John Brown all his right title equity and
             right of Redemption of in and to the Estate of his father Thomas
             Brown deceased and the said John Brown second son having bought
             his said Elder Brother and heir at Law right as af.d by a certain
             Deed of Indentur made the 8.th August 1716 Between the af.d John
             Brown of Ann Arundell County Planter of the one part and the af.d
             Amos Garrett remaining on record in the Provincial land records
             Liber FPN fo 389 for the consideration therein mentioned and
             having the right of his s.d Brother Thomas did remit release and
             for ever quit all claims that he then had from or by his Brother
             Tho.s or that the said John Brown and his heirs hereafter shall have
             of in and unto all and every Part of the severall tracts of Land
             conveyed over by his fathers Deed first mentioned unto the af.d
             Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes and Joshua Brown the
             third son by a certain Deed of Indenture made the 19.th day of
             November 1718 betwen the af.d Joshua Brown of Baltemore
