Maryland fs   This Indenture made this second day of Aprill in the year of our Lord
             God seventeen hundred and Twenty five Between James Powell of Baltemore
             County Gent of the one part and Henry Ridgley of Ann Arundell County and
             John Gardiner of Baltemore County of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas
             the said Henry Ridgley and John Gardner of the speciall instance and req.t of the said
             James Powell as his sureties entred into Bond with the said James Powell in the
             Penaltie of Twelve hundred pounds sterl to the R.t Honble the Lord Propry bearing
             date the second day of September seventeen hundred Twenty One for the said James
             Powells due Adm.r on all Administrator Debonis Non of the Estate of Edw.d Talbott
             Deceased And whereas for the said Henry Ridgleys and John Gardners Security from
             all Damages that shall or may accrue to them their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs by Reasion
             of the then becomeing bound for the said James Powell as af.d the said James Powell
