(55)       wife them and each of them their and each of their heires shall & will
             from time to time to time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable
             request & at the Cost and Charge in the Law of him the said John Hyde
             his heires and assignes Doe make acknowledge suffer and Execute any
             further Deed or Instrument in Writing or doe any other Legall Act such
             as the said John Hyde his heires and Assignes his or their Councill Learned
             in the Law shall reasonably Devise advise or require for the further
             and better assurance surety & suremaking the Land and premisses af.d
             unto him the said John Hyde his heires & assignes for ever In Testimony
             whereof the partys to these presence have Interchangeably set

             Christian his wife within mentioned who being Examined
             privately as the Law directes Declaires that without any threats
             or other motives whatsoever But that of her own free will and
             Inclinanation she consents and Agrees to the within sail & acknowledge
     Acknowledge the same accordingly according to Law
