             nine pounds sterling to them in hand paid by Coll.o John Bradfor
             Attarny in fact of the said Hyde the recept whereof they doe
             hereby acknowledge Have Given granted bargained sold alined
             enfeoffed Confirmed and maid over as by these present they the s.d
             Alexander Adair & Christian his wife Doe for themselves &
             & each of ^their & Each of their^ heires Gives grant bargain sell aline conform &
             make over unto him the said John Hyde his heires and assignes for
             ever All those severall tracts or parcells of Land herein after Expressed
             that is to say All that tract or parcell of the part Land Called
             Nova Scotia quantity One thousand Acres Originially surveyed
             the ninthe day of June sixteen hundred & Eighty Four ^for^ & in the
             name of Thomas Sterling Also part of a tract of Land Called
             Richardsons Outlett quantity Two hundred & thirty acres
             Originally surveyed the          day of
             for and in the name of Thomas Richardson both which tracts lying
             and being in Baltemore County Also Sterlings Perch quantity three
             Thirty hundred acres originally granted the Twenty Sixth day
             of June sixteen hundred & seventy Four for and in the name af.d
             Thomas Sterling Alsoe one other tract Called Addition to Majors
             Choice quantity Thirty Nine acres originally granted the
             fourteenth day of May sixteen hundred & ninety five to Thomas
             Sterling both which tracts lying & being in Calvert County To
             the only proper use and behoofe of him the said John Hyde his heires
             and assignes To have and To hold the af.d Tracts or parcel of
             Land & premisses af.d with all and singular the Improvements
             conveniencies & advantages tot he said lands or any of them
             belonging or in any wise apeatining unto him the s.d John Hyde
             his heires & assignes for ever And the said Alexander Adair &
             Christian his wife doe for themselves & each of them their and
             Each of their heires Ex.rs and Administrators Covenant promise grant and
             agree to and with the s.d John Hyde his heires and assignes the Land
             and premisses af.d against them the said Alexander Adair &
             Christian his wife & their heires as alsoe against all manner
             or persons whatsoever for ever hereafter to Warrant and Defend And
             further they the said Alexander Adair and Christian his wife
             Doe for themselves & each of them ^& Each of their^ heires Covenant promise
