(527)    or to Claim of in or to or out of the said peice or parcell of Land
             or any other the Premisses hereby Granted or meant
             Mentioned or Intended so to be by from or under them    
             shall and will at all times hereafter upon the reasonable
             request & at the proper Costs & Charges in the Law of the
             said Codrington Carrington his heirs or assignes make
             do acknowledge levy execute and suffer or cause or procure
             to be made done acknowledged Levied Executed and
             suffered all and Every such further and Other ^lawfull and^ reasonable
             Act & Acts Deed & Deeds thing & things Device & Devices
             Conveyance & Conveyances & Assurance & Assurances in the
             Law whatsoever for the further ^Better^ more perfect absolute &
             absolutely Conveying & Assureing the said peice or parcell
             of Land & all and singular other the Premisses hereby
             Granted or meant Mentioned or Intended so to be
             with the appurtenances unto ^the said^ Codrington Carrington his
             Heirs & Assignes for Ever to the sole use & Behoof of the
             said Codrington Carrington his heirs & assigns for ever
             more as by the said Codrington Carrington his heirs
             and assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law
             shall be reasonable advised Devised or required and
             the said John Stuart & his heirs the said peice or parcell
             of Land & all and singular Other the Premisses hereby
             Granted or meant Mentioned or Intended to be hereby
             Granted with the appurtenances unto the said
             Codrington Carrington his heirs & assigns shall & will
             Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In
             Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
             Have hereunto Interchangably set their hands and
             seales the Day and year first above Written
