(526)    with the appurtenances unto the said Codrington Carrington
             his heirs and assignes for ever to the sole use
             and Behoof of the said Codrington Carrington his heirs
             and assignes for evermore And the said Jn.o Stewart
             for himselfe his heirs Executors & Administrators
             and every of them Doth Covenant promise and
             Grant to & with the said Codrington Carrington
             his heirs and Assigns & to & with every of them
             by these presents in manner and form following that
             is to say that he the said John Stuart now at the time
             of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents is seized
             of the said peice or parcell of Land & all & singular
             other the premisses hereby Granted or meant Mencond
             or Intended to be hereby granted & of every part and
             parcell thereof with the appurtenances of a good
             pure perfect absolute and indefeasable Estate of
             Inheritance in Fee Simple & now hath in himselfe
             good right true title & full ^Lawfull^ and absolute power
             & authority to give Grant Bargain & Sell Alien
             Enfeoffe and Confirm the said peice or parcell of Land
             & all & singular other the Premisses hereby Granted
             or meant Mencond or Intended so to be with the
             appurtenances unto the said Codrington Carrington
             his heirs and assignes in manner af.d And that the
             said peice or parcell of Land & all & singular
             other the premisses hereby Granted or meant Mencond
             or Intended so to be & every part and parcell thereof
             now are is and for ever hereafter shall be Continue &
             remain to the said Codrington Carrington his heirs
             and assigns free & clear & freely & clearly acquitted
             Exonerated and Discharged of and from all and all
             Manner of Former & other Gifts Grants Bargains
             Sales Joyntures entails estates Leases rights titles
             rents Arrearages of Rent Debts dues dutys judgment.s
             Decrees Executions Charges troubles & Incumbrances
             whatsoever And that he the said John Stewart and
             his heirs & assignes and all and every other person
             and persons any thing having ^or^ Lawfully Claiming
