(528)         I Levin Gale One of the Justices of the Provinciall
             Court of Maryland Doe hereby Certify whom it may
             Concern that this day (to wit) the thirtieth day of June
             Anno Dom One Thousand seven hundred & Thirty
             One the within Mencond John Stewart did in my
             Pressence seale Execute & Acknowledge the within
             Deed In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set
             my hand
                                                          Levin Gale


             Memorandum To the aforegoing Deed was thus Annext Viz.t

                   Barbados
                                                 By Virtue of his Excellencys Warr.t of
             Survey and at the request of M.r John Stuart I have
             surveyed a Parcell of Land Lying in the Town of S.t
             Michaels Butting & Bounding as p.r the above plott the
             whole Land was Divided Betwixt him and M.r Michael
             Terrell by Direction of the Freeholders the above is
             the plott of M.r John Stuarts part which I find to
             Contain Five Thousand One hundred & seventy five
             square feet There is a Wharfe to the Eastward of
             this part which Contains Three Thousand seven hundred
             & eighty square feet as it is Laid Down by a plott
             under the hand of W.m Withington Sur Dated 14 June
             1677 Great part of which is now a Publick All which
             If they have a right to inclose must be Divided betwixt
             them hereafter Certified this 10.th day of March 1725/6
