(525)    Thereof doth for Ever Acquit release exonerate & Discharge
             the said Codrington Carrington his heirs Executors and
             Administrators and every of them by these Presents)
             Hath Given Granted Bargained & Sold Aliened Enfeofed
             and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth give grant
             Bargain & Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the
             said Codrington ^Carrington^ his heirs and assignes for ever All that
             peice or parcell of Land Containing by admeasurement
             Five Thousand One hundred and seventy five Square
             Feet of Land scituate Lying and being in the said
             Town of S.t Michaell in the Island aforesaid Butting &
             Bounding East on a Wharfe West on Land now or Late
             of Michaell Terrill Gent North on a Certain Street Called
             Madera Street and South on the Lands of Robert Lamplee
             Merchant as in and by a platt thereof hereunto
             annext the same may more fully & at Large appear
             and all ways Paths passages Lights easments rights
             Priviledges profitts Commodities Advantages emoluments
             & appurtenances whatsoever to the said peice
             or parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
             or therewith all commonly had held used Occupyed
             possest or enjoyed or accepted reputed deemed or
             Taken as part parcell or member thereof and the Reversion
             & reversions remainder & Remainders rents Issues
             and profitts thereof and all the Estate right title Intrest
             use trust possession property Claim & Demand whatsoever
             of him the said John Stewart of in to & out of
             the said Peice or parcell of Land and Premisses with the
             appurtenances and all Deed Evidences writing plotts
             miniments records or Attested Copyes thereof whatsoever any
             way touching or Concerning the same Premisses or any part
             thereof which the said John Stewart now hath in his
             Custody or that he Can Come by without suits at Law To
             Have and To hold the said Peice or parcell of Land
             & all and singular other the Premisses hereby Granted
             or meant Mentioned or Intended to be hereby Granted
