(521)    In Witness whereof the Parties above Mencond have
             hereunto put their hands & seales the day and Year
             first above Mentioned

             On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus
             Indorst vizt

             Cecill County fs Memorandum that on this
             Twenty second of March Anno Dom seventeen hundred
             and Thirty Came Joshua George Attorney at Law and the
             within Mencond Grantor and after the sealing and
             Delivery of the within Indenture or Conveyance
             and acknowledged the same to be his Acts and Deed
             and the Lands & Premisses therein Mentioned to be the
             Right Title Intrest Property Claim and Demand of
             the Within Mentioned Vachel Denton his heirs &
             assigns for ever according to the true Intent and
             Meaning of the within Conveyance Certified the day
             and year aforesaid by us the subscribers being two
             of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County
             of Cecill & before whome the foregoing acknowledgm.t
             was taken In Testimony of the Truth whereof
             we have the same Day & year above Mentioned
             hereunto set our hands
