(520)    Anno Dom sixteen hundred and Eighty seven surveyed
             for John Browning & Henry Denton with all
             Houses Woods and Underwoods waters & advantages
             unto the same Belonging or appertaining Also all
             appurtenances to the same Belonging also all the
             Estate Right title Intrest Claim and Demand whatsoever
             of him the said Joshua George of in and to
             the same To have and to hold the said Tract of Land
             and Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said
             Vachel Denton his heirs & assigns for Ever and the said
             Joshua George for himself his heirs Executors and
             administrators Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to
             and with the said Vachel Denton his heirs Executors
             Administrators and Assigns that he the said Joshua
             George and his heirs the aforesaid Land & premisses
             with the appurtenances to the said Vachel Denton
             his heirs and assigns against him the said Joshua
             George & his heirs and all Other Persons Claming
             or to Claim by from or under him or them shall
             & will Warrant and for ever defend by these presents
             Alsoe that the said Vachel Denton his heirs and
             assigns shall & may at all times hereafter have
             hold Occupy possess & Enjoy the aforesaid Land
             with the appurtenances without the Lett trouble
             or Molestation of him the said Joshua George his
             heirs or assigns & further the said Joshua George
             alsoe Covenants that he or his heirs at any time
             within three years from the Date hereof at the reasonable
             Request and at the Charge of the said Vachel
             Denton his heirs or assigns will make to him any
             Other Conveyance Agreeable to the true Intent
             and Meaning hereof for the Better & More Effectual
             Conveying the above Mencond Land & Premisses
             To him the said Vachel Denton his heirs and
