             and Require the Respective shera of the several
             Counties in this province to make due publication
             Hereof and of the same disents at all publick
             Places in their s.d Counties whereof they are not to
             saill at their perill Given at Annapolis
             this eighth day of May in the seventeenth yea
             year of his Lordship the the Lord Prop.ry his
             Dominion Annoq Domini 1731

       x.d This Indenture made the Twenty second day of March
             Anno Dom seventeen hundred and Thirty by and Between Joshua
             George of Cecill County Attorney at Law of the One part and
             Vachel Denton of the City of Annapolis Gent of the Other
             part Witnesseth that the said Joshua George for and
             in Consideration of the sume of Twenty Pounds sterl
             to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof the said Joshua
             George doth hereby acknowledge And for Ever thereof
             and therefrom doth Acquit the said Vachel Denton as
             alsoe for Ever hereafter to Prevent any Law Suit betwixt
             the said Parties Concerning the following Mencond
             Land And for Divers Other good Causes and Considerations
             him the said Joshua George hereunto Moveing hath Granted
             Bargained and Sold Released and Confirmed & by these
             Presents Doth Grant Bargain sell release and Confirm
             unto the said Vachel Denton and his heirs for Ever
             all that Tract of Land Called Askmore Continuing by
             Estimation five hundred and fifty Acres of Land
             scituate Lying & being in Cecill County aforesaid
             Originally to wit on the Eighth day of September
