(512)    Twenty seven degrees east one hundred and forty perches then
             with a straight Lyne to the beginning tree Containing and now
             laid out for one Thousand six hundred and fifty acres of Land
             excepting three hundred & twenty five acres together with all
             rights profits benefits and previlidges house out houses orchards
             fences inclosers & improvements whatsoever thereunto belonging
             or in any wise appertaining unto him the said John Tailor
             his heirs and assigns for ever Clear and free of and from all
             manner of former suits jointures Dowers or title of Dowery
             and all other incumbrances whatsoever the rents and services
             to become due to the Lord of the Fee or Fees hereafter excepted
             and the said Edward doth for himselfe his heirs executors adm.rs
             Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John
             Tailor his heirs executors administrators and assignes that he
             the said Edward his heirs and assignes shall and will at the
             proper Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said John his
             heirs or assignes within the space of seven years make doe
             acknowledge or suffer to be made done acknowledged any other
             Deed or deeds Conveyance or Conveyances as shall be reasonably devised
             or required by him the said John his heirs or assignes or
             his or their Councill Learned in the Law for the further and
             better assurance & sure making of the above said Lands &
             premisses with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging
             or in any wise appurtaining unto him the said John his
             heirs & assignes for ever And the said Edward doth further Covenant
             promise Grant & Agree to and with the said John his
             heirs & assignes that he the said John his heirs and assignes
             shall and may for ever hereafter have hold use occupy
             possess and enjoy all the above said Lands & premisses & every
             part and parcell thereof without any Lett suit disturbance Inturruption
             or molestation whatsoever from the said Edward his heirs
             or assignes or any other person whatsoever and the said Edw.d
             doth further Covenant promise grant and Agree to and with y.e
             said John his heirs and assignes that he the said Edward
             his heirs and assignes shall and will for ever hereafter
             Warrant and Defend the aforesaid Lands and Premisses
             hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargaind
             and sold against him the said Edward and his heirs & against
             all manner of persons whatsoever in Witness whereof the
             party first to these presents have hereunto set his hand
             and Fixed his seale the day and year first above Written
