(511) x.d This Indenture made the tenth day of November Anno Dom One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Between Edward Mitchell of Kent County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and John Tailor of the City of London merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Mitchell for and in Consideration of the sume of Two hundred and Eighty Nine pounds seventeen shillings & four pence sterl money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the said John Tailor the receipt thereof and every part & parcell thereof he the said Edward doth hereby acknowledge & by these presents doth acquit exoneret and for ever Discharge him the said John his heirs & assigns for ever Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Aliend Enfeofed & Confirmed & by these presents doth hereby Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the above named John Tailor his heirs and assigns for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land Called Mitchells Park Resurveyed Lying and being in the County aforesaid Beginning at a Bounded Red Oak standing on the West side of a Branch Called the Cypoross branch and running from the said oak north seventy Degrees east one hundred & fifty two perches Then West North West forty Eight perches Then north north East two hundred perches then east south east eighty perches Then south south west one hundred & sixty eight perches Then north seventy Degrees east two hundred and thirty perches then north sixty two Degrees east three hundred and ten perches then north west ninety two perches then north eighty three Degrees west sixty Then south and by west one hundred perches then west and by north one hundred and sixty perches then north & by west one hundred and Twenty perches then north Twenty Degrees east ninety perches then north Forty eight Degrees west Twenty six perches then north Thirty five Degrees east forty perches Then north Twenty One Degrees east thirty eight perches then north fourteen Degrees west Eighteen perches then north forty nine Degrees eighteen perches then seven Degrees west seventy two perches then north Twenty two Degrees west fifty perches then north sixty degrees west two hundred & thirteen perches then south six degrees east one hundred & fifty perches then south thirty five degrees west one hundred and fourteen perches then south eleven Degrees fifteen minits east sixty perches ^then west seventy pches^ then west fifty one degrees south three hundred and thirteen perches then west sixty three Degrees south one hundred & seventy perches then south (twenty) |
