(479) And the said Benj.a & Tho.s
do further Covenant and Agree to and w.th him the said Charles that they the said Benj.a & Thom.s they and Either of them shall and will at any time within the Space and term of seven years from the date hereof do and Execute and suffer to be done & Executed any Other or further deed or Deeds thing or things for the more Sure Making over & Confirming to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & assignes the said Land & premisses that he the said Charles his heirs or assignes or his or their ^Learned^ Councel in the Law shall require devise or advise In Wittness whereof and the aforegoing Premisses the s.d parties have hereunto Interchangably Set their hands and Seales the day and year first above Written Benjamin BI Johnson seal Tho.s T Johnson seal mark mark On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t Signed Sealed & Delivered March 4.th 1730 Rec.d of Doct.r Cha In the presence of Carroll the sum of forty p.ds Cur being 40£-0-0 Benj.a Tasker Tho.s Alsop the Consideration within Mentioned I say rec.d P Mark Benj.a BI Johnson Seale Witness Tho T Johnson seal Present Mark Benj.a Tasker Tho.s Alsop March the 4.th 1730 Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned Benj.a Johnson and Tho.s Johnson and Acknowledged the within Deed and the Land and Premisses therein bargained and Sold to be the right and Estate of Doct.r Charles Carroll 9 sides According to the Act in that Case made and provided Benj.a Tasker Recorded March the 8.th 1730 |
