Proprietary of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore ^&c^ To all our Bailiffs and Good people to whom these presents shall Come Know ye that of our special Grace we have pardoned unto Benjamin Hall Late of Ann Arundell County Planter as a proper object of our mercy the suit of our peace and whatsoever appertaineth unto us for that he the said Benjamin Hall heretofore vizt the Twentieth Bend Leon.d Calvert day of December Anno Domini seventeen hundred & Thirty The great with Force and Arms the Dwelling House of John Worthington seal in of Ann Arundell County aforesaid Merchant at Ann Arundell nex appe County aforesaid in the Night Time to wit between the Hours of Ten and Eleven in the Night of the same day Feloniously & Burglariously did break and enter And One Spannish Pistole of the Value of one pound three shillings and Ten pence Current Money one half pistole of the Value of Eleven shillings & six pence Current Money aforesaid One Arabian Peice of Gold of the Value of Eleven shillings money aforesaid Fifty Two peices of Cutt Gold of the Value of Nine pounds sixteen shillings and four pence Farthing Money aforesaid One English half Crowne One Milled Shilling & one Milled six pence of the Value of five shillings and four pence money aforesaid & Twelve peices of silver of the Value of ten shillings and two pence Money aforesaid Two peices of Tuken of the Value of Three pounds money afd Twenty our yards of Tuken of the Value of Two pounds Money afd Twenty six yards of White Ozenbrigs of the Value of One pound nineteen shillings Money afores.d Three yards of Ozenbrigs of the Value of four shillings and six pence money aforesaid Five yards of Shallorne of the Value of Fifteen shillings Money aforesaid Twenty One yards of Fustian of the Value of Three pounds Twelve shillings Money aforesaid Twenty yards of Blew Linnen of the Value of one pound money aforesaid nineteen yards of Blew Linnen of the Value of nineteen shillings money aforesaid Two pounds and a half of Whited Brown thread of the Value of seven shillings & six pence money afores.d Half a pound of Cullered Thread of the Value of one shilling and six pence ^money afd and one yard capp of the value of six pence Currant^ Currant Money aforesaid the Goods & Chattles of the aforesaid John Worthington in the said House then and there being found then and there feloniously and (Burglariously) |
