(475)    Officies of Chief Agent Escheator and receivor Generall well
             and truly faithfully and Diligently do execute and performe
             all and Every of the duties belonging to the said Offices of
             Chief Agent Excheator and Receivor Generall and shall faithfully
             justly and Exactly observe performe fulfill and keep all &
             every the Rules, orders, payments, directions and instructions
             as the said Lord Proprietary shall from time to time order to
             be given or sent to the said Mathew Tilghman Ward signed
             by the said Lord Proprietary for or Concerning the Mannagement
             of the said places of Chief Agent Escheator & Receivor
             Generall That then this obligation to be void or else to
11 sides stand and remain in full force and Virtue
