Intended to be hereby Bargained and sold according to the true intent & Meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangably set their hands and affixed their seales the day & year first above Written M Taylor seale Sealed and Delivered in presence of Phillip Lee Edm Jenings November 25.th 1730 85£ sterl Recd of the within Named Mr Benjamin Tasker Eighty Five pounds sterling the Consideration Money ^therein^ within Mencond Witness M Taylor Edm Jennings November 25.th 1730 Maryland fs Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the Within named Michael Taylor and acknowledged the within Deed as his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein Mencond to be the right and estate of the within named Benjamin Tasker his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true intent & Meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly of this province in such Case made and provided Taken & acknowledged before me the day and year abovesaid Phillip Lee And Margarett the Wife of the above Named Michael Then alsoe came before me the subscriber and (being first privately examined) acknowledged that she acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands and premisses therein Mencond to be the right of the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and assigns according to the purport of the Within Deed without the fears threats or Compultion of her said Husband Michaell but Volintarily and Freely and therefore she did accordingly acknowledge the same according to the Act of Assembly Taken before me the day and year abovesaid Phillip Lee Recorded the 30.th November 1730 |
