(468)    Georges County Merchant of the one part And Benjamin
             Tasker of the City of Annapolis Gent of the other part
             Witnesseth that the said Michael Taylor for and in
             Consideration of the sume of Eighty five pounds sterl
             to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin Tasker the receipt
             whereof the said Michael Taylor for and in Consideration
             of the sume of Eighty five pounds sterl to him in hand
             paid by the said Benjamin Tasker the receipt the said
             Michael Taylor Doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
             Doth acquit the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs Executors
             and Administrators Hath Bargained Sold Transferred ^Aliend Conveyed and^ and
             Made Over And by these presents Doth bargain sell Transfer
             Alien Convey and make over unto the said Benjamin Tasker
             and to his heirs and assigns for ever all those three severall
             parcells of Tracts of Land Lying and being in Baltemore
             County Commonly Called Maidens Neighbour Containing Two
             hundred acres more or Less Anns Lott Containing one hundred
             and Fifty acres more or less and Pleasant Vale Containing one
             Hundred and Fifty acres more or Less the three severall Tracts
             Containing five hundred ^acres^ of Land together with all and singular
             the Buildings and Improvements thereon or thereto belonging
             with other the appurtenances to the same appurtaining to
             have and to hold the same three severall Tracts or parcells
             of Land hereby intended to be Bargained and sold with all
             and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging unto
             him the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & assigns for
             Ever and to his and their only proper use and Behoof
             for Ever & to none Other Intent or purpose Whatsoever
             And the said Michael Taylor Doth by these presents for
             himselfe his heirs executors and administrators Covenant
             Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin
             Tasker his heirs and assignes that he the said Michael
             Taylor his heirs Executors and Administrators the Lands
             and Premisses ^aforesd^ of the hereby intended to be bargained
             and sold shall and will for ever Warrant and Defend
             against all persons whatsoever And the said Michael
             Taylor Doth hereby further Covenant promise grant
             and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker his
             heirs and assigns that he the said Michael Taylor and
             his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all
             times hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and Execute
             or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed
             all and every such further and other Act or Acts thing or
             things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by y.e
             said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and assignes or his or
             their Councill Learned in the Law shall be from time to
             time reasonably Devised or advised for the further and better
             assurance surety and sure makeing of all and singular
