(467) had made or Occationed for or by reason of any
Act or thing done or to be done by him the said John or any person Claiming by from or under him and that the said Land with the appurtenances shall be by the said John and his heirs Warranted and Defended against him and them and all persons claiming from by or under him or them to the said Charles his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said John Arnold hath hereunto put his hand and seal the day and year first above Written John Arnold seale Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Mordock Dowlin William Rayman On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed vizt September 28.th 1730 Then received of Doct.r Charles Carroll Fifteen pounds Current being the Consideration Money within Mencond I say received by me Witness John Arnold William Rayman Mordock Dowlin September 28.th 1730 Then Came before me John Arnold and acknowledged the within Deed and the Land and premisses therein Mencond to be the right of Doctor Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever according to the act in that Case made and provided before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the Day and year above Written Benj.a Tasker Recorded this 28.th Nov.r 1730 Maryland fs x.d This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of Novemb.r in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and thirty Between Michael Taylor of Prince (Georges) |
