(465)     I Nathan Pumphery of Goochland in the Coleny of
             Virginia joyner Doc hereby authorisd and impower
             Richard Moss James hall James Connoway of Annearundell
             County in the Province of Maryland Gent
             or any One of them to acknowledge for me and in my
             name the Within Deed and the Land and Premisses
             within Mencond to be the right and Estate of the
             within Named James Crouch his heirs and assigns for
             ever according to the true inteant & Meaning of the
             same Deed And according to the Lawes of the said
             province in that Case made and provided before either
             one Provinciall Majestriate or any Two Justices of
             Baltimore County where the said Land Lyeth hearby
             Ratifying and Confirmed such acknowledgment and
             approveing thereof as firm and Valid to all Intents
             and Purposes as if personally acknowledged by myselfe
             As Witness my hand and seale this 15.th day of
             October Anno 1730 Noat the Words Maryland
