(462)    on the side of a Hill thence North North West
             Two Hundred Eighty and Eight perches to a Bounded
             Red Oak then North West and by North Two
             Hundred and Thirty Perches to a Bounded spanish
             Oak then West North West Three hundred and
             Twenty perches to a Bounded White Oak in a
             pecoson then with a streight Lyne to the first
             Tree Containing and Laid Out for Nine hundred
             and seventy Two acres of Land as p the Pattent thereof
             before Mencond To have and to hold to him
             the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for Ever
             all the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land under the
             Meets and Bounds as before Mencond together with
             all and singular the Buildings improvements & advantages
             thereon or thereto in any Wise Belonging
             and appurtaining And the said Thomas Clegatt
             for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators
             Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with ^him^ the
             said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns That ^he^ y.e
             said Thomas Clagett and his heirs shall and will from
             time to time and at all Times hereafter Warrant
             and Defend the said Bargained Premisses to him the
             said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever
             as well against him the said Thomas or any other
             person by from or under him Claiming as against
             all Manner of persons and Claims Whatsoever
             And that he the said Thomas or his heirs shall and
             will at any time within the space and Term of
             seven years from the Date hereof at the reasonable
             Request of him the said Charles his heirs or assigns
             Doe and Execute and Suffer to be done and Executed
             any further or other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or
             Conveyances for the more sure Making over and
             Confirming the said Bargained Land and Premisses
             to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs or assigns
             that he the said Charles Carroll his heirs or assigns
             or his or their Councill Lerned in the Law shall
             require Devise or Advise In Witness whereof
