(461) x.d This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day of September
                Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and
                Thirty Between Cap.t Thomas Clagatt of Prince Georges
                County in the Province of Maryland on the one
                part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis in
                the Province aforesaid Chyrgeon on the other part
                Witnesseth that Whereas John Cole of Baltemore County
                had Granted unto him a Certain Tract of Land
                Called Coles Caves in the said County Containing Nine
                Hundred and seventy Two Acres of Land as by the
                Pattent thereof bearing Date the Tenth day of
                October One Thousand seven hundred and seven who
                sold the same to Joshua Cecill Gent whose son and heir
                Isaac Cecill by the Deed of Bargain and sale bearing
                Date the sixteenth day of Aprill Anno Domini One
                Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Two did Bargain
                and sell the said Land to the said Thomas Clagett party
                to these Presents Now this Indenture further
                Witnesseth that the said Thomas Claggett
                for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred
                and fifteen pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain
                to him in hand paid and sattisfied at and before
                the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the
                said Charles Carroll the receipt whereof he doth
                hereby acknowledge and therewith is fully Content
                and sattisfied and thereof and from every part
                and parcell thereof Doth Acquitt Release and
                Discharge him the said Charles Carroll his heirs
                executors administrators and assigns Hath Given
                Granted Bargained Sold Aliend Enfeoffd and Confirmed
                And Doth by these presents absolutely and freely
                Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeeof and Confirm
                unto him the said Charles Carroll All that
                Tract or parcell of Land Called Coles Caves scituate
                Lying and being in Baltemore County Beginning
                at a Bounded white Oak standing by a run Called
                Bear Runn and Running thence North and by East
                one hundred and four perches to a Bounded Hickory
                and a White Oak then East three hundred
                and Twenty perches to a Bounded Chestnut
