(452)    well and truly to be made I bind my selfe my heirs Executors
             and Administrators firmly by these presents sealed with
             my seale and Dated this Twenty Third day of May Anno
             Dom One Thousand seven Hundred & Nineteen

                Whereas Richard Harrison Late of Calvert County
             Gent Deceased Father of the said Samuel and Richard by
             his Last Will and Testament in Writeing appointed the
             above Named Samuel Harrison to be his Executor and
             that the said Samuel since the Death of the said Rich.d
             hath sattisfied Delivered and paid unto the above bounden
             Richard Harrison to the value of Fifteen Hundred
             seventy six pounds three shillings and Ten pence in
             Negroes plate stock Household Goods and Other things
             and the sume of and the sume of Nine Hundred thirty
             seven pounds eighteen shillings and three pence
             sterling money by Bills of Exchange which said sums
             are in full of what appears to be his share & portion
             of the Testators Personal Estate And Whereas the
             said Testators Estate may be Chargable with the paym.t
             of some Debts or other Clayms not Yet Accounted for
             or settled of which all parties concerned ought in
             justice to Discharge and bear a proportionable part
             Now the Condition of the above obligation is such
             that if the above bounded Richard Harrison his heirs
             Executors & Administrators shall and will at all
             times hereafter pay and Discharge his just proportion
             of any Debts or other Clayme or thing whatsoever
             that shall hereafter appear to be due or shall be
             recovered against the Testators Estate or otherwise
             save and keep harmless and indempnified the Said
             Samuel his Heirs Executors & Administrators from all
             persons whatsoever Claiming or Recovering such Debt
             or Clayme so farr as it may relate to the proportionable
             part or Dividend of the said Richard then the above
             Obligation to be void & of None Effect Else to be in full
             force & virtue
