(450) assureance and Conveyances in the Law
whatsoever for the further Better and more perfect assurance surety sure makeing settling Establishing and Confirming of the said two severall tracts or parcells of Land with the appurtenances And the said Ten slaves unto them the said Benjamin Tasker and John Colvill & Each of them their & each of heirs and assignes according to their and each of their Respective parts and proportions as aforesaid be it by fine or fines Feofment or Feofments Deed or Deeds indented or Poll Inrolled or not Inrolled Common Recovery or Recoverys with single Double or Treble voucher or vouchers release or Confirmation or by all and Every or any of the said Ways or means or by any Other ways or means in the Law whatsoever as by them the said Benjamin Tasker and John Colvill their & Each of their heirs and assignes or their ^or each of their^ Councill Learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the said Joshua George to these presents his hand and seale hath sett the day and year first above Written Joshua George seale Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us the said Joshua delivering at the same a silver peice of money to the said Benj.a as possession of the within Named slaves in the name of the said slaves George Plater William Angier On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Indorsed vizt Received the day and year first within Mencond of the within named Benjamin Tasker the sume of three hundred pounds sterling and also received of the within named John Colvill the sume of One hundred pounds sterling in all Four hundred pounds sterling being the full Consideration Money within Mencond I say received by Witnesses Geo Plater Joshua George Will.m Angier (November) |
