(449)    hereby further for himselfe his heirs Executors Adm.rs &
             Assignes Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and
             with them the said Benjamin Tasker & John Colvill
             and each of them their and Each of their heirs executors
             administrators and assignes that he the said Joshua
             George (Notwithstanding any Acts or thing heretofore
             done or sufferred) Now hath in himselfe good right
             Lawfull ^& absolute power &^ authority to grant Bargain & sell the said
             Two severall Tracts and parcells of Land with the appurtenances
             thereto belonging And also the aforementioned
             ten slaves hereby hereby Granted Bargained and Sold
             or Mentioned to be granted Bargained and Sold as afd
             unto them the said Benjamin Tasker and John Colvill
             and Each of them their and Each of their heirs Executors
             Administrators & Assignes And that he the said Joshua
             George and his heirs the said Two severall Tracts & parcells
             of Land with the appurtenances And also the afore
             Mencond Ten slaves unto them the said Benjamin Tasker
             and John Colvill their & each of their heirs and assignes
             against him the said Joshua George & Alice his Wife
             and the heirs and assignes of the said Joshua George
             and against all & every other person & persons whom soever
             shall and will Warrant & for ever defend by these
             presents And Further the said Joshua George for
             himselfe his heirs Executors & Administrators and for
             every of them doth Covenant promise & grant to and
             with them the said Benjamin Tasker and John Colvill
             their and Each of their heirs and assignes by these presents
             that if any default shall happen to be made in the
             payment of any of the Monies herein before Covenanted
             to be paid that then and from thenceforth he the said
             Joshua George and Alice his Wife and their & Either
             of their heirs and assignes & all & every other person &
             persons whomsoever having or Lawfully Claiming
             or which shall or may at any time or times hereafter
             have or Lawfully Claim any Estate right Title
             or intrest of in or to the premisses hereby Granted
             or Mencond to be granted or of in or to any part or
             parcell thereof by from or under the said Joshua George
             and Alice his Wife or either of them shall and will
             from time to time and at all times after such
             default in payment at and upon the reasonably req.t
             and proper Costs and Charges in the Law of them the
             said Benjamin Tasker and John Colvill their & each
             of their heirs and assigns do make levy Execute
             Acknowledge and suffer all and every such further
             and other reasonable Act & Acts thing and things
