(442)    Shall well and truely pay unto the said Charles Carroll and Daniel Carroll their heirs
             Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes the just and full sume of five hundred and thirty four pounds four
             shillings and One penny Curr.t with legall Interest thereon from the date hereof at or before
             the Twentyeth day of May w.ch shall happen in the year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred
             and Thirty Three then this deed and every Clause Article and Coven thereof is to be Null & Void & of us
             Effect Otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue in Law And the said Mich.l Macnemara & Marg.t
             Macnemara in Case of failure in the paym.t af.d at the time afd Do for themselves their heirs
             Executors administrators and Assignes in Consideration of the aforesaid
                                                                            Sume of Two hundred and Thirty four
             Pounds four shillings and One penny Curr.t to them in hand paid ^here^ by
             release and for Ever Quit Claim of in and to the tracts & parcels
             of Land lotts and part of a Lot and Premisses unto Charles
             Carroll and Daniell Carroll their heirs & assigns for Ever
             To have and to hold the said Tracts & parcells of Land
             Lotts & part of a Lott and Premisses with all and singular
             their Appurtenances unto the said Charles Carroll & Dan.ll
             Whereof the parties to these presents have Interchanably
             set their hands and affixed their seales the day and year
             first above Mencond
